ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Corvallis, Oregon and am proud to call the Mid-Willamette Valley my home. I began my real estate career in 2017 when I got my real estate license and became a Realtor. I love helping my clients achieve their real estate goals and I like to go about this with a no-pressure approach. I often find the most helpful thing I can do is to gather all of the information and go over the pros and cons of every decision with my clients so they can make an educated decision based on all of the available information.

I am, unapologetically, a man of God. My wife and I regularly attend and serve Northside Christian Church in North Albany. I came to Christ when I was 16 and my faith has played a huge role in my development into the person I am today.

FUN FACTS

I look forward to a weekly date night with my wife and enjoy every moment I get with my family. We love traveling to see all the wonderful places there are in the world as well as eating all the great food each destination has to offer. I'm blessed to call her my partner in life and thankful for every day I get to call her my wife.

I am a lifelong fan of Beavers athletics as well as a die hard Yankees and Seahawks fan. I grew up playing baseball, football, and basketball and still enjoying going to games when I have the chance. I like to play slow pitch softball, go to the gym, and study chess in my free time. I am also a huge business and personal finance nerd so I enjoying reading business books and listening to personal finance podcasts.

SPECIALTIES

I have a strong specialization in investment real estate, mostly in buy-and-hold rentals and househacking. One of my favorite parts of being an agent is watching my clients make money with their real estate investments. I really enjoy working with first time home buyers because there is a lot to learn the first time you purchase a home. The education portion of the process is so important and there’s both a lot of good and bad information available. I love being able to help people sift through all the information and properly educate themselves on all the details involved in buying a home. I also have a lot of experience working with clients that need to time the purchase of their home with the sale of their current home whether it’s local or out of the area. Buying a home and selling a home are both stressful events, and doing both at the same time can be flat out overwhelming. There are lots of moving parts in the transaction, and I will coordinate as much as possible upfront and coordinate both transactions all the way through to make the transition as smooth as possible.
